GENERAL INFORMATION...

CONSULTING SERVICE:  Provision of specialized advisement and tasks allocated to meet specific objectives and purposes.

 

CONSULTING SERVICE AGREEMENT:  Authorization for consulting, as well as mutual consent to consulting terms and conditions.

​

CONSULTING ACCOUNT:  Established business consulting agreement.

​

CLIENT PORTAL:  Dedicated site for consulting access, storage of consulting files, and central point for navigation between components.

​

​

​

CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT TERMS:  Length of time that consulting services are to be provided.

​

BILLING TERMS:  Based upon thirty calendar days.

GETTING STARTED...

​

INITIAL CONSULTATION:  One 1-hour, or two 30-minute preliminary discussions of consulting objectives.

​

STATEMENT OF WORK:   Provided to Client one to two weeks following initial consultation.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION:  In depth,  comprehensive discussion of objectives, and review of Statement of Work.
